Text message terms

Program: FreshStart Credit Co. appointment and service texts.

What you'll receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for documents we need, and updates on your disputes. We may occasionally send tips or offers if you are a client.

How you opt in: by checking the text message box on our booking form, or by texting us first. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to book a review or buy any service.

Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stop: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Content on this website is general information about credit reports and credit repair. It is not legal or financial advice. Our services are provided only under a signed written contract, which includes the disclosures required by state and federal law.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee that any item will be removed from your credit report or that your credit score will increase by any amount. Accurate, timely, and verifiable information cannot legally be removed.

Your rights

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, at no cost. You also have a right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 5 working days of signing. See How to Cancel.

Booking form

Please don't send your Social Security number, account numbers, or credit reports through the booking form or by text. We'll collect those securely after you sign a contract.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
