How to Cancel
You can cancel your FreshStart Credit Co. contract at any time. Here's how it works.
Cancel within the first few days: full refund, no reason needed
You may cancel for any reason, at no cost, before midnight of the 5th working day after you sign. Any money you paid will be refunded within 10 days after we receive your cancellation.
How to send your cancellation
Use any one of these. Please include your name, the date you signed, and the words "I cancel my contract."
- Email: freshstartcre@gmail.com
- Mail: sign and date the Notice of Cancellation form included with your contract, or write your own note, and mail it to the address listed in your contract. It counts as sent on the date it's postmarked.
We'll confirm in writing that we received your cancellation.
Canceling later
After the first few days, you can still cancel at any time by sending written notice the same way. We stop work and stop billing once we receive it. You only pay for services we completed before you canceled.
